We spend 30 minutes together. You tell me your biggest pain points, why you reached out, and what success looks like for you. I share how I work. Honest conversation, no agenda.

Before we dive in, we do a structured assessment of you and your business. We start with data, not assumptions — so the work that follows is grounded from day one.

If we're aligned, you choose the engagement that fits your pace. If we're not the right fit, I'll tell you that too — and point you in a direction that is..
